8:10am-9:40am: Heart opening Yoga Flow

9:40am: Breakfast

11:15am-12pm: Life mapping workshop

1pm: Lunch

3pm: Group walk 

4:30pm: Tea & Cake

6:30pm-7:30pm: Unwind Yoga

7:30pm: Dinner

9pm-9:30pm: Group Reiki meditation
